A longtime member of the Southern Pacific LMSC, Jessica began attending the USMS Convention in 1998. She joined the Sports Medicine Committee that year and became the Chair within a couple years. Jessica was also a member of the 1999 International Committee and the Rules Committee beginning in 2000.
